Pros

Very good technology stack and high budgets in implementation. It is possible to develop and build sensible business contacts here.

Cons

There's a lot of desk politics, visibility building, lack of transparency, and operational changes. The company is growing too quickly and is extremely inefficient. The CEO's image leaves much to be desired. Employees are permanently exhausted.

Pros

Plenty of passionate people trying to make something special.

Cons

Many of those who built InPost from a minnow to a major player were made redundant in favour of cheaper staff at Menzies and Yodel. Some decisions made sense but many favoured short-term cost savings over expertise.
