      Flexibility in schedule Higher pay than other companies

      Cons

      VERY VERY terrible attitude to non-Polish staff. Micromanagement No level of training No work-life balance Blame culture Poor communication - The system and operations are always changing and they do not communicate. They just expect you to know and to carry on without training. Only good for 2-3 months. Plan your exit from the first day.

      Lack of stability Regardless of your experience or value brought to the company you can get laid off in style - computer locked, all access blocked. Turns out I was one of the 40 people laid off yesterday at InPost Poland. Even my manager dis not know about it. Sudden call from HR - bye. How to commit to anything in a company like that? People with kids, pregnant and sick were laid off like trash
