Thanks for taking the time to review InPost on Glassdoor. We often hear feedback both formally and informally from current, former and even prospective employees about InPost and this gives us a great opportunity to better understand what it's like to work here, so find all reviews really valuable. I'm sorry you felt that you had a negative experience with regard to support you received whilst working here, we've since grown by 50-60% and whilst our ambitions remain high we feel we have a great team to help deliver on these. On your point about 'no direction' and 'no progression' we now hold weekly 'All Hands' calls to celebrate team and individual successes, as well as where the business is trending against pre-defined goals, to help every employee in the business understand the role they play in helping our business succeed. On your point of 'no progression' in the UK we operate very much as a start up, even though we are part of a much larger organisation which we means we like to give our employees the opportunity to make 'their role their own'. This allows for significant growth within any role, however I acknowledge that how this translates in job title, levels etc. can mean different things for different people and as a growing organisation can only see opportunity for employees that join our business. Thanks again for your feedback, it is very much appreciated. InPost People Team
