      Lack of stability Regardless of your experience or value brought to the company you can get laid off in style - computer locked, all access blocked. Turns out I was one of the 40 people laid off yesterday at InPost Poland. Even my manager dis not know about it. Sudden call from HR - bye. How to commit to anything in a company like that? People with kids, pregnant and sick were laid off like trash

      Pros

      I was here for just over a year but moved on due to an oppurtunity I couldn't not take. The commercial team are a great group of humans and the wider team, be that ops, logistics, marketing are all friendly and helpful. You 100% feel like a big team. Out of work is also very fun with regular meet ups and visits to the pub.

      Cons

      Decisions made at the very top need to be told to people in detail to why they happened. Sometimes drastic change with no reason behind it.
