      Ability to pick and choose assignments. Possibility to get into companies and positions easier than on your own. Complete autonomy with most positions. 401k offered. Paid weekly.

      Cons

      Sometimes there aren’t steady assignments and might be weeks between before working again. Autonomy can come at a price, co-workers are not always looking to help out the new employees. No health insurance or other benefits (other than 401k) offered.
