- Hire a lot of people with minimal experience so it's a good place to start if you want to get into biomed and do not have much experience

Cons

- Low starting pay and high turnover - Management not very responsive - Travel bookings and expense reports are highly micro-managed - Google Charles v Novasyte to read about recent class action settlement and issues with the company
