Great coworkers who always do their best to help you.

Cons

Limited salary increases... you will likely get one, and a bonus, but don't count on anything near your contract target. For most employees both end up between .5 - 3%. Yes it's slightly higher if your performance review is above meets expectations but HR won't let managers rate above that.
