Heavy workload with constant pressure and shifting priorities. Processes are often inefficient, overly bureaucratic, or unclear, which creates unnecessary stress and rework. Communication between departments can be poor, leading to confusion and last-minute escalations. Recognition does not always match the level of responsibility, and career growth can feel slow or dependent on internal politics rather than performance.
