      Big company, good salary, but greedy upper management

      Pros

      Big company, lot's of horizontal opportunities. Work is challenging and can be complex, which is good. Responsibility is given if you look for it.

      Cons

      Senior management (c-level and one level below) is quite greedy. Promotions and salary increases are quite difficult and there's never budget for it. But it looks to be changing with the new CLA agreement.

      A lot of job possibilities. Laidback culture. Very diverse.

      Cons

      Decision taking is very slow sometimes. Not always very ambitious. Not very open to change.
