Pros
Pay (30% above market, besides banks); Access to multiple E-learning SAS courses (worth each EUR 1400,-) including free exams; Public transport card (whole NL, 365 days free transport for train, bus, metro)
Cons
No way to grow, unless you're an extreme political 'animal'; Multiple people in my team sick at home for 4 to 10+ months; 'Corruption' / 'be my friend politics'; No management correcting doing anything about above or... being part of it; Working overtime every day (not paid of course).
