Pros

HMO benefit. Shuttle services. Laptop + broadband provision for work from home arrangement during the pandemic.

Cons

Too many meetings. It takes a long time for all required tools needed to perform your task to be updated. Unable to easily recognize the need for additional manpower to achieve the most desirable results for a team.

Pros

Flexible working hours and 2 days home office (you can not use all 2 , it depends on your department.)

Cons

I joined as a Data Scientist but I did not do any relevant work in ING. Lots of operational work. Average age of workers is high. HR engagement to workers is pretty low, I did not see my hr business partner until I gave my letter of resignation.
