      if you are lucky you can do 9-5pm but that seems to be reserved for a handful of lucky people

      Management is non existent, there is no management whatsoever. They will never tell you what the real expectations are and absolutely everything is pushed, procrastinated and decided in panic mode last minute. They are incapable of making decisions and will always go back and forth and retract their words. N
