      Rigid, old school organizational culture. No career plan. They prefer to go with temporary workarounds than long term solutions.

      Pros

      The company culture was decent and laid back, but there was a reason to this. (See Cons)

      Cons

      Relaxed work environment and company culture was used as a guise to justify the poor pay. (well the pay is bad, on par with communist countries but at least it's a dEcEnT pLaCe tO wOrk!) Statistically, this place has a HIGH percentage of staff dating each other and eventually marrying. So if you want to join a company to find a potential spouse, you're in the right place.

      Pros

      Promotes team collaboration and with retirement benefit.

      Cons

      Super into projects at work like process improvements. They call it Stretch Ambition. it would really stretch you because it's on top of your BAU and you would really not be given with non-prod hours for it. So you have to be creative in terms of finding time to complete your projects.
