      I suppose it depends on the management or the branch policy in each country; In my case, a bit of lack of transparency and working exclusively on commission with no fixed rate.

      Pros

      Friendly peoply, very nice atmosphere, clear chain of command and clear company hierarchy. It gives you a fair viewpoint of your career over the years to come.

      Cons

      Usually one needs to start as an intern, when having no experience at all resulting in a so-so developing conditions. Work consists mostly of paperwork and such.
