If you're a good brown-nosed, this is the best place to work

Good benefits and some good people to work with. But surprisingly the people I enjoyed working with were not at this office but one of the other offices in New York or Atlanta.

Cons

Does not promote if you are not a brown noser. Despite working there for over nine years, an impeccable work record, I was constantly denied opportunities to further my career due to a horrible micro-manager boss. She lied on my performance reports and to upper management for her own career sake. Glad I do not work there anymore!

Pros

Great colleagues, many international opportunities if you're willing to make the necessary sacrifice, provides a lot of training in different domains (management, behavioural, language skills), good work-life balance.

Cons

Certain corporate jobs centered in Amsterdam. Reduced budgets for international opportunities following the recent crisis. Salary package much lower than peers. Human Resource Management practically inexistant!

Great work-life balance. Benefits like PTO and Volunteer Time off, along with flexible work schedules are perfect for families.

Cons

Mediocre compensation and career opportunities. Consistency of expectations--for example, employees must get things like reviews and goals done on time, but management can be late by as much as 6 months with theirs--a bit of a mixed message.
