      The people, values and work life balance was great.

      Ceiling in Des Moines since it is not their corp headquarters, limited mobility to move up.

      Exciting times with independence through IPO and breaking free from Dutch restrictions

      Cons

      The local predecessor company had strong, ethical management that displayed true leadership for many decades. Now it's "every man for himself" and it's all politics, not merit, especially at the business unit level. While senior management has been strengthened in the past five years, so-called leadership below the C-suite has deteriorated greatly. Tremendously bureaucratic in its corporate operations.
