      1. I had the chance to work with a very strong, professional, efficient and united team; 2. I learned so many things about the retail banking strategy of ING Bank and its clients portfolio; 3.       Pros

      Nice office, young people. Working in amsterdam is a great experience. The company has its base in the middle of the city.

      Cons

      Whole day behind a desk. So if you like sitting behind a desk it should be fine. A lot of communication goes by the phone instead of face to face.
