Pros

I worked for ING during 6Y. I was in a front-line business of ING. It was an amazing experience. Very good professionals. They can pay more, especially given constant overtimes. Good promotion, support is good!

Cons

Long hours although it is N/A to back-office by and large

Pros

Size and broad scope of initiatives. International cooperation/competition is challenging. Broad training offer.

Cons

Historically low inrest rates put financial results under pressure (valid for all banks) A lot of focus on cost savings with impact on staffing. Future for the individual not clear.
