      Working at ING feels like being at home. You learn alot, and develop yourself as an employee and a person.

      Cons

      Heavy workload, and sometimes Management forgets the people who are doing the work.

      Pros

      Open company with limited hierarchy, broken silos and a very enabling culture. ING is an organization where someone can let their ambition truly show.

      Cons

      Zero upward mobility as most positions are in my opinion awarded based on social ties rather than performance. Many managers also do not move higher up thus being a block to juniors who aspire to rise.
