      Pros

      - great work life balance - loft of focus engineering communities in the last 2 years - lots of opportunities to move internally to different positions

      Cons

      - lots of bureaucracy - no cool tools for engineers - sometimes things move very slowly, it takes long for such a huge company to do a transition from a way of working to another

      Pros

      International colleagues, decent salary, relaxed about schedule as long as you get the job done. Mature bank with professional processes. Senior management is respected and qualified.

      Cons

      Not really a performance driven environment, highly political, your network is more important than your skill set. Mid-level management tends to be unqualified and is recycled throughout the bank.
