      Pros

      ING's atmosphere is unique, many collegues who left, have come back within a few years, or express the fact they miss the collegues atmosphere. That atmosphere crosses borders. You find the same enthousiasm and 'can do'-mentality in Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid, Katowice, Singapore or Sydney. UX (user experience) is central for ING, EX (employee experience) is also on the top of the priority list, a lot of effort goes in to transform the work environment, e.g. agile (bus)devops, advantages, ... Corporate language is English. On the workfloor, nearly everybody speaks it.
