      Had the luck of working with a great superior/mentor Flexible schedule Good pay (market average) Atmosphere Offers training and travel opportunities

      Cons

      Poor management (some have no technical background even if they manage a project that requires it) Chaotic Agile implementation. The Agile coaches have no technical background. Management doesn’t care about improving anything. Ignorance is bliss. No future vision at all. Business driven and not technology driven company Will never compete with the big players on the market.

      Cons

      Company has a lack of sense of direction after Q1 2017 results No new innovative ideas in the company’s pipeline after attending Q1 meeting. Staff are very comfortable in current roles causing lack of career progression towards new roles.
