Pros

Not many apart from: - A nice building with a small gym - A good canteen

Cons

- During my 6 year experience at ING London, I have noticed that some employees are treated very poorly by top management. This includes employee bullying but HR does little to change things and does not listen - Avoid the Syndications, LevFin and Ratings departments at all costs: some head of departments bully their staff, causing many employee departures - Poor pay, way below market - Lack of career progression - HR department lacking listening skills - Incompetent top management

Pros

Colleagues are friendly but that’s about all.

Cons

Management. Training. If you ask for help or additional training it’s not provided. High staff turnover as they don’t value staff. Have values they definitely do not stick to.
