      Pros

      - The work environment is very good and pleasant, the employees are very nice and agreeable (I couldn't say this about some of the team leaders, but I will come back to this later) - The benefits are very good (the Benefit platform is used) - Work from home two days per week - Flexible work schedule (As a warning, this depends on the team you are a part of) - Beginner software engineer salary throughout 2018 and 2019 was 4500 RON (net, fara beneficii)

      Cons

      - Abusive behaviour displayed by some of the team leaders and the management doesn't take real measures regarding the complaints coming from employees
