      Misusing talent: They take an expert and with so called processes they tie the hands Lot of idiots: Lot of people who just wanna follow processes and always looking for reasons not to work or not let others work Non Technical Managers: Most of the managers (Chapter Leads and Area Leads) are non technical (which are they are supposed to be on papers). They don't know who is capable of doing things and who is performing and who are not.

      Leaves are not convertible to cash Employees would have to pay a fee to have their parents covered by HMO Newly hired employees would feel like contractual employees that could be easily threatened of termination Less work/less clients compared to other banks Lower salary grade compared to competitors in the financial services industry Hiring from third party vendors is common HR system is not yet of shared service quality As well as IT
