      Cons

      I can only find negative feedback about this role at this location. Damn, you sold a lie so well at the Orange Peel Assessment day. I was genuinely excited to work for you, which is a rare thing indeed. I hadn't checked former employee reviews until I got your rejection letter, and wow, they're ALL negative (at least on SEEK anyway) for this particular role at this location. That does not bode well. My interview feedback DID NOT match my recollection of my answers whatsoever, so I can only assume that you are lying.

      Pros

      Not a hard driven environment and they are interested in new technologies and innovation. Good pension scheme.

      Cons

      There are so many technology barriers to getting your actual work done. Inordinate amount of time taken getting passwords, patching, chasing changes that have been made which make your life more difficult without anyone consulting your team etc.

      Good compensation, smart colleagues, plenty of opportunities to develop.

      The culture is one where a individual who reaches a position of any influence, can easily ride the waive of success. All you need to do, is navigate the political landscape in the organisation.
