Great as first job, you will be trained in the fundamentals and trained from scratch. GREAT Work / Life Balance.

Cons

Without connections it is difficult to get promoted, most managers are a circle of friends, there is little opportunity for development, in order to get promoted you have to change departments frequently because vertical promotions are rare, if you work on a commission basis you can forget about being promoted on a contract of employment you will only get this by applying for another position.
