Pros

Friendly peoply, very nice atmosphere, clear chain of command and clear company hierarchy. It gives you a fair viewpoint of your career over the years to come.

Cons

Usually one needs to start as an intern, when having no experience at all resulting in a so-so developing conditions. Work consists mostly of paperwork and such.

Pros

Balance between work/life is excellent. Company allows for 20 days PTO almost always whenever you request for. Senior management is very competent, create a laid back and fun place to work.

Cons

Often have to participate in dumb big corporate events and training that seem pointless. No one really takes them seriously. Not the best opportunities for career advancement although that is stronger in Scottsdale than other places within ING.

Pros

Excellent place to make first steps in one's professional life. Everything salaries, mates, leaders, head of a team were great.

Cons

Well there were not any tremendous cons. Maybe the salary could be better, and more time for a lunch break.
