      Good work life balance Good salary Some teams use new technology

      Cons

      A lot of older employees who do not like change Very bureaucratic A lot of processes and procedures for the most basic stuff Management who introduced bad technologies still in function

      Relatively low stress and decent pay

      Cons

      Nothing very interesting to do, only limited access to the systems you are supposed to manage, described as a devops job but no coding involved, a lot of colleagues who are outdated with the times, the team was not really a team as we were staying isolated from each other
