Pros
- Good growing possibilities - Good workspace - Nice colleagues and a very friendly environment - A decent amount of bonuses and privileges (like coffe, activities, dj, parties etc)
Cons
- The top salaries aren't the best compared to other Tech companies - The work might feel repetitive sometimes - Sometimes you might feel like your being hold back by "paperwork". It's a bank, and you have to take care of a lot of things, not just developing an app
