      travel benefits, lots of budgets for home equipment, bike, unlimited acces to any course online/onsite

      Cons

      sometimes job gets political, you can get stuck in bureaucracy, it really depends on the team and department you are working in

      Pros

      Not a hard driven environment and they are interested in new technologies and innovation. Good pension scheme.

      Cons

      There are so many technology barriers to getting your actual work done. Inordinate amount of time taken getting passwords, patching, chasing changes that have been made which make your life more difficult without anyone consulting your team etc.

      I hate windows for development but other OS are yet not officially supported.
