      Too much work . No clear direction, internal politics

      Upgrading their legacy technology. Engineer help each other a lot. Pay is descent.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Engineers are expected to work even after office hours Responsibilities are not clear. Saying "No" to additional work can harm your career. Data engineer have multiple hats
