Pros

The company offers a good work–life balance and genuinely respects personal time. The workplace amenities are well maintained and supportive, creating a comfortable and employee-friendly environment. Overall, it’s a good place to work with a positive culture.

Cons

Career growth and advancement opportunities can feel a bit slow at times. While the learning environment is stable, employees who are looking for faster growth or quicker role progression may need to be patient.

Pros

The system and advanced coworker break room/ease of communication Cool people, both customers and employees, cool atmosphere/culture Good benefits

Cons

Low pay long hours. Too many customers; no privacy. Hard to move up, Walk and stand on concrete for long hours. There is favoritism in whom they allow to move up. I’ve seen people barely be promoted after 10+ years. All the older established workers hold on to upstairs positions (easier work), so mostly only downstairs positions available. Basically no different than any other minimum wage job
