Over the years, the company has changed and has become more "going forward" thinking and less people and employee related.

Cons

Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
