      Morale could be better right now - some people are spread too thin - there could be better organization when it comes to processes and protocols.

      - Short work hours; fast paced - Helpful colleagues - Multinational and multicultural - Conducive work environment that have produced colleagues who have been here a long time and whom are very willing to share work knowledge

      Cons

      - Internal promotion/transfer not as easy, as management/HR prefer external candidates. - No career ladder path for supporting roles but this supposedly will be rolled out soon. - Upper management per department tends to show preference to hire people from own country.
