      Pros

      Decent base salary, 401k, medical and dental benefits and many other optional benefits available.

      Cons

      Senior management is difficult and inconsistent. Expectations and sales targets are unrealistic. Work load at all levels across departments exceeds resources. Lots of turnover in most areas and key in leadership positions. Little to no investment in staff.

      No career opportunities, no opportunities for manager below 30th, very disorganized company, promotion pushed much more by political purpose than result.

      I enjoy the entrepreneur spirit of our company. Not too procedural driven still structured enough to function effectively. People here are spectacular, creative, kind, incredible.

      Cons

      Have not found cons yet in over 11 years. Of course I could say compensation but nothing compensates working with a talented diverse group of people sometimes from all around the world.
