      Pros

      On Hilversum company site, there is a wild green garden with a small terrasse where it is nice to have lunches.

      Cons

      A strong hierarchical company where it is not advised to think and speak up. Awful way of handling the covid-19 situation, the employer requests employees to be on-site despite the government speech highly recommended to stay home. None of the discussions taken can be discussed, blaming and mobbing culture.

      Pros

      Great coworkers! The Madison site is an essential business that manufactures products such as probiotics and dairy cultures (used for cheese and yogurt production). The work is challenging but the crews are great to work with. There is also an R&D/administrative building on site. There are sometimes opportunities to transfer between departments if you are interested (production, operations, QC, shipping, R&D, Q&FS, etc.). The site used to be DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences and merged recently (February 2021) into IFF.

      Cons

      There were some hiccups early after the merger but things seem to be getting settled now.
