IFF Defines Opportunities are Endless
Pros
Coming into work every day, I know I am going to be challenged to produce my best work. This type of environment keeps me motivated and allows me to broaden my horizons behind my daily job responsibilities. IFF thrives off team building and internally networking because it is what keeps us successful. In my role that I had for almost five years, I have always been encouraged to reach out to other departments for support not only to help solve an immediate need but also just for the idea of learning. For a large-scale global company, the IFF culture is more like a small start-up company: the energy is high, the atmosphere is family-oriented, and the people are driven to success.
Cons
Working in a dynamic environment such as production, we tend to be reactive rather than proactive in our daily job responsibilities. Continuing to set goals and timelines allows us to go back and review our progress and stay on track. Every year that goes on, we are building a stronger foundation allowing us to step foot in the proactive direction. More emphasis on this will allow us to accelerate our progress.
