      Pros

      People are a fun bunch to work with.

      Cons

      Senior management is the hurdle to the prospering of the company. Employees are striving hard but unfortunately, it is only the "selected" group that will receive the special treatment. The HR is also not connected to the people. In addition, as a HR dept, the frequency of the change of HR personnel tells alot on what is happening within the dept.

      Its people. Good, hard working, knowledgeable colleagues.

      Cons

      Unequal opportunity for advancements. There is not any guidelines for advancements - subjective to boss. Senior management is said to be working on benchmarking salary/position grades, but that has been said for 2 years.
