      Management could be more complementary on a daily basis, pressure to perform is too continuous, limited opportunity to present constructive criticism, mandatory overtime at management discretion.

      Excellent Business leader ship team Very good Business domain(Chemical, Retail, FMCG related) Very good pay scale

      Cons

      IT department is surrounded by Legacy teams who came in the initial days and lacks Process, Proactiveness Strange Designations which will be a problem in case you want to make a move to next level in another company Legacy politics and very weak recognition process. Due to this even good performers are in a mode that "Whatever I do I'm not going to get recognized so why should I strive hard to prove myself"
