      The Company allows for growth opportunities to candidates who put their best foot forward. Your colleagues are a group of individuals who are just as passionate about their career as you are, and you can always ask for advice if need be.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is hard to navigate the chain of command, and then it becomes difficult for you to find the next step to take in your career.

      Pay is average. Facility has it own cafeteria and gym. Most people are friendly.

      Cons

      You career depends entirely upon who you manager is. There is not much room for growth. If you are happy with you salary and are ok with minimal cost of living increases masked as merit raises you will be happy.
