      Hypocrites. Claim to have “integrity” and customer focus. Don’t pay their bills and treat their employees like crap.

      Pros

      On Hilversum company site, there is a wild green garden with a small terrasse where it is nice to have lunches.

      Cons

      A strong hierarchical company where it is not advised to think and speak up. Awful way of handling the covid-19 situation, the employer requests employees to be on-site despite the government speech highly recommended to stay home. None of the discussions taken can be discussed, blaming and mobbing culture.

      good start for college graduate.

      Cons

      Dont expect to grow at IFF, you will meet some great people but management is not good at all, working in the lab is extremely laborious and you become a slave to the company
