technical wise: can learn a lot, almost every day is a new thing to learn.

Cons

career growth may be stagnant unless jumping to another department. labour-intensive, time-consuming tasks as there are many tasks that have to be done manually by hand. Also, average annual increment, no 13-month bonus.
