      Good benefits, time off, good fellow associates to work with that's not management

      Cons

      Terrible communication from supervisors, push the buck down to the lower lvl 1 employees..also they don’t want to pay the proper hourly wage for hardworking associates and tenured employees

      Pros

      Most coworkers are very supportive. Vacation time was very good as well as benefits. Ability to move around inside the company was encouraged.

      Cons

      Management was aggressively authoritarian and lacked proper communicative skills to ensure a positive morally positive work environment. Favoritism was blatantly rampant. The merger made some good people change for the worse.
