      Great Benefits, medical, dental, disability and 401k

      Cons

      If you are a hard worker this is not the place for you - if you want to do as little as possible and have the same opportunities as the hard workers than this is the place for you. I repeat - if you like to work do not come here they will take advantage of you.

      Pros

      Very interesting business! Great history behind the company. Most people work there over five years and passionate about the company.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance in most cases is not there. Career ladders not existent unless you are on very senior level and reporting actual Leader. Benefits are on decline. Many jobs with global responsibility have no tools to successfully do it.
