Pros
The benefits are decent, co-workers are great. Close to home for me.
Cons
They have lowered their pay scale over the years by not giving decent or even any raise for years. They used to be the industry leaders now they are mediocre. Every time they take a benefit away they use the excuse, "industry standards". Most management hasn't co e up through the ranks so don't know the Fragrance business as well as most long term employees. They have closed ears to suggestions and experience.
