      The best thing in IDB are the people and the great atmosphere. We have a lot of benefits.Geat salaries, the management is full of underestanding.

      Pros

      Atmosphere is great, colleagues are great. You can learn so much from everyone. Bosses are great and full of understanding. It's very stimulative to work here. Salaries are competitive. You are attending various educations, conferences, meet new people, travel. In the office, you will never miss anything - there's fresh fruit, tons of coffee, sweets. It's really atmosphere you enjoy working at. May the force be with IDB for many more years.

      We need more team buildings, crew is amazing and it's always so much fun. :)
