      The team is very nice and great to work with. The atmosphere in the office is very dynamic and inspirational to get work done.

      Pros

      Atmosphere is great, colleagues are great. You can learn so much from everyone. Bosses are great and full of understanding. It's very stimulative to work here. Salaries are competitive. You are attending various educations, conferences, meet new people, travel. In the office, you will never miss anything - there's fresh fruit, tons of coffee, sweets. It's really atmosphere you enjoy working at. May the force be with IDB for many more years.

      We need more team buildings, crew is amazing and it's always so much fun. :)

      Pros

      I celebrate every day by going to work :). It’s a real pleasure to work with amazing people, great management who really care about us - employees. The big advantage of working for IDB Mobile is that it provides an opportunity for everyone to learn a lot more and gain experience for a better position.

      Cons

      There is always something that will improve the work and atmosphere in IDB Mobile, but I think our management takes care of everything. We have a monthly conversation with a superior where we can express our satisfaction / dissatisfaction and therefore we function in the best possible way. That is why in the end we are all happy and satisfied.
