life/work time flexibility > good for working moms co-workers

>job security > no such thing anymore >The company I started and was proud of, no longer exists and that's truly sad! >opportunity growth > unless someone dies or is resourced action, younger folks don't have an opportunity get promoted. >no team cohesiveness >Tend to work on projects >Remote team> Not being part of the main stream product team and its location, tends to >make remote team feel insignificant in its drive and contributions to the whole product. management > low level manager are stuck with carrying out marching orders from above instead of developing and cross training individuals > benefits are disappearing.
