Pros
-Great environment -Amazing and talented people -Cool benefits, salary and insurance -You are free to learn everything you want -Easy to create and implement projects -Easy to connect and make networking
Cons
-If you are a SW Engineer in the ISC you have to do operations or manufacturing activities, otherwise management thinks your are doing nothing -The location is far from the metropolitan zone -You don’t get promoted unless telling management you’re leaving -Many people doing “especial projects” (doing nothing) while others getting a lot of work -Sometimes the school you come from determines how fast you get hired directly (not as contractor) -The saying “The shoemaker's son always goes barefoot" applies here.
